This budget friendly plan is perfect for the agents that sell a couple homes a year and want to have a set budget for each sale. They aren't mass producers, but they stay in the know, and up to date with education.  They simply want a low, set budget that won't stress them out when they're focusing on life, instead of work. 

High Producer

Some months you sell 8 homes, other months you may only sell 3, but you want a low fee option to get out there and run your business on your schedule. This flat fee is a simple low cost option for those who want to keep their costs low and not have to worry about caps, resets or fees per transaction.
